We don’t give misleading averages. After your free design consultation, we provide a clear, fixed price so you can make a confident decision.

No — and that’s intentional.
Accurate pricing requires seeing the space, understanding structural conditions, and confirming permit requirements. We also want to make sure all that we discuss, you are satisfied with the solutions provided in the consultation. Ballpark numbers often lead to surprise costs later.

Yes. All of our ADU projects are fully permitted when required.
 We handle drawings, submissions, and inspections so your project is legal, safe, and protected for resale.

No. Cutting corners puts homeowners at risk — failed inspections, fines, and resale issues.

We schedule in-home consultations only after a property has fully closed and is no longer in escrow. Because we receive a high volume of requests, we’re unable to send project managers to all the properties that are currently in escrow at the time of the appointment. But once your purchase is complete, and the the homeowner became the vested title holder, we’d be happy to schedule a consultation and help you plan your project with confidence.

We do not work with insurance claims for remodeling or construction projects. Insurance claims typically require an itemized proposal that align with insurance estimating systems. Green Bay Remodeling uses a more holistic project approach, focusing on the full scope of the remodel rather than itemized insurance-style breakdowns. Because of this difference in structure and process, our proposals are not compatible with insurance claim requirements.

Yes. We regularly assist homeowners with phased renovation projects.

We know that remodeling your home or prepping for any construction process can be stressful. To prepare you for it all, we have compiled a shortlist of questions to ask during the free consultation. Ask your project manager questions like how do I avoid a change in the order? How will my project be managed? What does the payment process look like? How can I avoid delays in my project? Is the license holder involved in my project?

A draft is a sketch that acts as a blueprint and is custom designed for you. It helps in receiving the permit from the city smoothly. To increase transparency and avoid any change in the order, we create a draft to show you what the results will be at the end of the process.

Every house remodeling or construction project needs a permit from the bureaucratic department of the city. As a part of our unique process, we will take care of the necessary permits for you.

We have your back through the entire experience from design to materials purchasing, all the way to completion of construction. You will be appointed a dedicated project manager to work with and manage your project end-to-end.
